The working toolkit for MSPs
More fixing.
Less switching.
Remote support, software deployment, automation and image recovery in the same place. Keep the next step close to the machine you’re working on.
MILK RMM / SAMPLE WORKSPACEBe there. From here.
Start an attended session from the machine you are already managing.
↳Remote support, built right in.
Less of the tool shuffle
The work belongs
together.
A support call rarely stays in one lane. See the device, help its user, install what’s missing and check the result from the same controller.
Built into Milk
Your remote support tool is already here.
Open an attended desktop session or a privileged terminal from the endpoint. Your technician keeps the machine’s context throughout the job.
Find it. Install it.
Search supported applications. Deploy Microsoft 365. Bring reviewed Chocolatey packages into the same workflow.
Keep the useful scripts handy.
100 built-in Windows automations, organized around the jobs admins actually do.
Have a way back.
Windows image backup, verification and recovery preparation alongside everyday management.
Keep the details close.
Retained inventory, activity records and checks that reach beyond the endpoint.
A day in the endpoint
One machine.
The whole job.
The screen should help you move the job forward. Follow the machine from the first question to the final check.

A simplified view of the workflow, rather than a live console.
Start with what
you know.
Find the machine in its customer’s fleet. See its latest collected hardware and software details, even when the endpoint is offline. Collection times keep the context honest.
Keep the next
action nearby.
Help the user in an attended session, install a supported application, run a useful script or work in the terminal. Common tasks live with the machine they affect.
Leave with more
than a green button.
Review the returned result and action history. For recovery, distinguish a completed image write from a machine that actually boots and runs its applications.
Earn the place in your stack
Show the work.
Keep the control.
We’d rather walk through a real task than make a sweeping promise. Here’s what to look for when you evaluate Milk.
Clear access.
Named operators.
Authenticator-app MFA, customer-scoped access and action records make the administration model something you can inspect.
Useful defaults.
Room for detail.
Start with the everyday action. Open advanced controls when the job needs a different setting, timing or approach.
A direct line
to the builder.
Bring your workflow and your hard questions. Talk through how the product works with the person building it.
Windows depth. Mac support. Windows has the broadest toolset. Mac includes attended support, terminal, inventory and diagnostics, with coverage continuing to grow.
See platform coverage ↗What would Milk replace in our stack?
Start with remote support, routine scripting, supported software deployment and Windows recovery workflows. Milk brings those into its controller. Which subscriptions you can retire depends on the platforms, integrations and contractual requirements you need to retain. We can work through your actual list.
Do Windows and Mac have the same tools?
Windows has the broadest coverage. Mac supports attended remote sessions, root terminal, inventory, file tools and native diagnostics. Windows patch deployment and image recovery are Windows capabilities. The platform page has the breakdown.
Can we see it working before making a decision?
Yes. Arrange a walkthrough around a task from your own operation. Milk RMM is actively in development; we’ll identify the current capabilities and agree any evaluation scope before you deploy it.
What about pricing and deployment?
Tell us about your fleet, customer structure and recovery needs. We’ll discuss the setup, evaluation and commercial terms directly. Storage, application licenses and connected services depend on your environment.
